Every jar we ship carries that same warmth. Mangoes picked at dawn from Kochi orchards, lemons sun-cured in rock salt, garlic slow-roasted in cold-pressed coconut oil. We work with what the season gives us, and we never add anything that wasn't there in Ammachi's time.
